If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Below are some examples of common exceptions: 

• Cat products such as toys, blankets, clothes, beds, carriers and all material items are not returnable due to the possibility of antigens or the smell of another animal being left on the plush toy or material.
• Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
